LENTEN SEASON - The season of Lent is the 40 days before the events of Good Friday and Easter.  These 40 days are historically set apart for followers of Jesus to intentionally prepare their hearts and minds to engage and respond to the suffering and death He endured for us.   Consider how you can go deeper in spiritual devotion and enter into this special season with us as a community.  Visit the Lenten Resource Table in the Courtyard for ideas on developing spiritual rhythms and sacred space. There are also resources, including the Daily Office, available for purchase.

WELCOME TO OUR FRIENDS FROM UNIVERSITY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH - Several from University Presbyterian Church in Westwood are gathering with us as part of the final night of a conference called, "Empowered Evangelism."  Welcome!  We're glad you're here!

BOOKS AND MUSIC ON SALE - Good stuff!  Robby Dawkins and Andy Park's books/music will be on sale tonight in the Courtyard after our gathering.

COFFEE CONNECTION OPEN  - As you likely noticed, the Coffee Connection is open tonight.  The Coffee Connection is also open each week Monday through Saturday, 6:30am-9:00pm.

MEN'S BREAKFAST - This Saturday 2/11 @ 8:30 am. Join with other men of the Vineyard Saturday morning.  We will be hearing from Ed Tandy McGlasson, speaking on "The Blessing of the Father."   Ed is a former NFL lineman who has played for the Giants, Jets, and the Rams.   He is also pastor at the Stadium Vineyard in Anaheim.  Tickets are $10; or $8 for guys 18 & under.  Register tonight at the table in the lobby!


PRAYER TRAINING CLASS - Starts next Sunday 2/12 @ 1:30pm in the Power House.  This practical class will help equip followers of Jesus to pray for others in the power of the Holy Spirit. Come... and be more equipped to live the life Jesus invites us into!


PRE-MARRIAGE / MARRIAGE BUILDING CLASS - Starting NEXT Sunday 2/12 @ 1:30 pm in the Station (north parking lot).  Final sign-ups are possible today. AE COMMON MEAL - Join us at 6:07pm during our regular weekly worship gathering as we give thanks and feast together in worship, connection, food, and the goodness of God.  We will be having a common meal this coming Sunday, November 27. Home church leaders will be coordinating the food dishes that are to be brought. We will need volunteers be there at 4:30 to help set up the sanctuary.
